Step 1. Go to the user dashboard and select Viscosity app for Windows Vista or later in package configuration. Then click Download and save Viscosity app installer to the Downloads folder.
Step 2. Right click the start menu, then click the File Explorer.
Step 3. Double click the Downloads folder.
Step 4. Launch Viscosity app installer by double clicking it.
Step 5. If you see the screen that says "Windows protected your PC. Windows SmartScreen prevented an unrecognized app from starting...", click More info.
Step 6. Then click Run anyway.
Step 7. Click Yes.
Step 8. Then click Install.
Step 9. When you see the screen that says "Completing the Viscosity Setup Wizard", click Finish.
How to Connect to VPN
Step 1. Launch Viscosity app from the Desktop screen.
Step 2. Open the system tray (bottom-right corner of the screen), then locate the Viscosity icon.
Step 3. Right click the Viscosity icon in the system tray and select the desired connection name.NB! We recommend using TCP connection, if it is stable. Otherwise, use UDP.
Step 4. You will see the following notification after the VPN connection is established. It is now safe to surf the web!
How to Disconnect from VPN
Step 1. Open the system tray, then locate the Viscosity icon.
Step 2. Right click the Viscosity icon, hover over the active connection, then click to disconnect.
Step 3. You will see the following notification after the VPN connection is disconnected.
