How to Install Viscosity app

  • Go to the user dashboard and select Viscosity app for Windows Vista or later in package configuration. Then click Download and save Viscosity app installer to the Downloads folder. Step 1.   • If you see the screen that says Windows protected your PC. Windows SmartScreen prevented an unrecognized app from starting..., click More info. Step 5. If you see the screen that says "Windows protected your PC. Windows SmartScreen prevented an unrecognized app from starting...", click More info.
  • Then click Run anyway. Step 6. Then click Run anyway.
  • Click Yes. Step 7. Click Yes.
  • Then click Install. Step 8. Then click Install.
  • When you see the screen that says Completing the Viscosity Setup Wizard, click Finish. Step 9. When you see the screen that says "Completing the Viscosity Setup Wizard", click Finish.

How to Connect to VPN

  • Launch Viscosity app from the Desktop screen. Step 1. Launch Viscosity app from the Desktop screen.

  • Right click the Viscosity icon in the system tray and select the desired connection name. NB! We recommend using TCP connection, if it is stable. Otherwise, use UDP. Step 3. How to Disconnect from VPN

  • Open the system tray, then locate the Viscosity icon. Step 1. Open the system tray, then locate the Viscosity icon.
